My Story
From sweeping floors to running the shop.
After 25 years learning the trade at every station of someone else’s shop, Brian opened his own.
“I got into this business because of my dad. Growing up, I’d work with him in door shops during the summers, on small jobs, whatever needed doing. I started at the bottom, sweeping floors.
From there I worked my way through every station in a production door shop. Every one taught me something the last one didn’t, and it all added up to a real understanding of how a door is supposed to be built, not just sold.”

How fast can you turn around a match-up door?
Bring us any interior door that needs a match and we’ll have it done in 24 to 48 hours. There’s nothing else like it in the region. Prehungs run about a week, and full custom builds go as fast as four weeks.
Do I need to be a contractor to order?
Do you install the doors too?
No, and that’s on purpose. Keck’s is supply-only. No install crews to schedule, no callbacks to juggle. We build it right and deliver it fast, so your crew installs it their way, on their schedule.
Can you handle odd sizes and custom openings?
Those are our favorite jobs. Odd sizes, custom rough openings, weird swings, custom hinge and bore preps, odd jamb widths, the work that makes a big shop groan is exactly what Keck’s is built for.
What happens if something's not right when it arrives?
It doesn’t happen often, and that’s the point. Every order gets checked against the actual measurements before it leaves the shop: correct margins, correct hinge depths, correct fit. If something’s ever off, call Brian directly and he’ll make it right. No call center, no runaround.

We’re at 3380 Industrial Blvd, Suites 104/105, West Sacramento, one minute off the freeway from two different directions.
